ATLANTA, GA -- Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services is being enlisted after a 3-year-old child was found wandering a Buckhead street early Tuesday , Patch has learned. The incident took place on Arbor Gates Drive at Arbor Gates Apartments just before 3 a.m., according to news reports. Police canvassing the scene found an apartment with the door open and a man asleep inside , WXIA-TV reports. He turned out to be the child's father. SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) One person died, and two others were transported to a Plano hospital after a flag pole fell onto a power line at around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the River Ranch apartment complex on FM-1417 in Sherman. Sherman Fire Chief Danny Jones said the three were lifting the flag pole in front of the apartment complex , when it fell over onto a power line. One of the workers died at Wilson N Jones hospital . FOXBORO — In a twist in the probe of an alleged email bomb threat to Gillette Stadium, the girlfriend of the man charged in the incident has been arrested and police are examining her cellphone. Devon Lamarre, 22, of 236 South Main St ., in Attleboro, allegedly claimed in an interview with police that she sent the email and lied to police earlier in the investigation. She allegedly claimed that she had access to the email account of her boyfriend, Ryan Ringuette, on her phone and that he used her phone to access the account. However, police noted in a report that Lamarre did not know who the email was sent to, the number of emails or other details. When questioned about the email, Lamarre allegedly responded “what it says in the news.” Earlier, when Ringuette, 25, a former part-time employee at the stadium was charged, she allegedly told police she had no access to his phone and did not know his password. FRISCO, Texas -- Police are investigating after a 43-year-old man was shot and killed during an apparent burglary Thursday . According to Frisco Police, officers were called to Stewart Creek Apartments in the 7500 block of Stonebrook Parkway. Shortly after midnight, officers received a 911 call to report someone was shot while attempting to break into an apartment.  When they arrived, they found a 43-year-old man shot. He was sent to a local hospital, where he died.
