The slayings of two young men in Florida, allegedly at the hands of their roommate, has exposed disturbing evidence of a credible neo-Nazi threat to public safety, federal investigators say. Devon Arthurs, the 19-year-old co-founder of the obscure neo-Nazi group "Atomwaffen Division," was arrested in the May 19 fatal shooting of his roommates, 18-year-old Andrew Oneschuk and 22-year-old Jeremy Himmelman . At the time of the arrest, officials said Arthurs claimed he killed Oneschuk and Himmelman to thwart a domestic terrorist attack by Atomwaffen, which is German for “atomic weapon.” “I prevented the deaths of a lot of people,” Arthurs said in a rambling statement, according to officials. Whole Foods Market Inc. is planning to open at 360 E. Market St. next spring, the company revealed on Twitter. In response to a question about the company's plans, Whole Foods tweeted, "We are currently looking forward to the Market Square location opening in the spring of 2018." That's the first time Whole Foods has offered any indication of when it expects to open its long-anticipated store in the 360 Market Square apartment tower . AKRON, Ohio - Testa Companies plans to build 40 townhomes in North Hill, in what will be the first new family housing development in North Akron in more than 20 years. Through a partnership with the International Institute of Akron, the city and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency , Testa plans to break ground in spring 2018 on the International House at San Tomasso (Italian for St. Thomas). The units will be built on land near St. Thomas Hospital and St. Anthony of Padua Parish on N. Main Street and is intended to be largely occupied by refugees. In July, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency announced the International House at San Tomasso received a portion of the $27 million awarded under the 2017 Housing Tax Credit program awards . The program pays for construction, acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable housing communities across Ohio. The Wine Institute estimates that nearly 24 million people visit the 4,653 wineries in California’s wine regions each year. That tourism's economic impact in the state, which last year totaled $57.6 billion, includes a robust hospitality and lodging market. While construction slowed a bit last year, there were 26 hotels with 2,204 rooms in the planning stages for northern California’s vineyard- rich Sonoma County , and 13 hotels with 1,621 rooms being planned for Napa Valley, according Atlas Hospitality Group ’s 2016 California Hotel Development Survey .
