ATLANTA, GA -- Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services is being enlisted after a 3-year-old child was found wandering a Buckhead street early Tuesday , Patch has learned. The incident took place on Arbor Gates Drive at Arbor Gates Apartments just before 3 a.m., according to news reports. Police canvassing the scene found an apartment with the door open and a man asleep inside , WXIA-TV reports. He turned out to be the child's father.
