Woman’s Ex Threatens to ‘Pull out’ Peoples’ Eyes | Cops/Courts

Aug. 3

    1:28 a.m. A South Monterey Lane caller said a woman was breaking everything in the trailer. When an officer arrived, he found no items were broken, but the family wanted the woman to leave the property.

    8:03 a.m. A State Road 76 in Española caller said his daughter received threatening messages from her ex-boyfriend, saying he was going to kill her and her family.

    11:19 a.m. A La Loma Drive in Chama caller said a woman opened the door with a knife and entered the home with a baby, looking for her husband.

    11:37 a.m. A Po’Pay Avenue caller said someone went to her house wearing a ski mask and threatened her with a knife.

    2:05 p.m. A Lowe’s SuperSave caller said a man in a black shirt and baggy black pants was in the bathroom and she wanted him trespassed. When an officer arrived, the man locked himself in the bathroom.

    2:48 p.m. A U.S. Forestry Department caller said a man kept taking off his shoes and they wanted him removed.

    2:56 p.m. A Villa Del Norte Apartments caller said a woman lied about needing money to bail her grandson out of jail. When an officer arrived, he told the caller that it wasn’t a crime because she gave the money over willingly, and advised her she could try to get her money back through small claims court.

    5:29 p.m. A Freddy’s caller said he needed an officer to pick up a bag of drugs that was dropped at the front door.

    8:05 p.m. A Calle Quintana caller said someone cut the spark plugs to their car.

    8:21 p.m. A U.S. Highway 84 in Hernandez caller said her mother-in-law threatened to murder her.

    10:03 p.m. A Highway 17 in Chama caller said a bear was in a dumpster by the Giant gas station.

They’re scaring the children

Aug. 4

    10:49 a.m. A Camino Santa Cruz caller said a car was driving slowly in the area and the caller believed the occupants were casing houses.

    12:14 p.m. A State Road 96 in Coyote caller said he wanted to report his wife for hitting his son.

    1:00 p.m. A Baker Lane caller said someone broke into his house and his medication was missing. When an officer arrived, he told the caller they don’t take reports on “lost” medication.

    1:31 p.m. A Walgreens caller said a man was running into traffic and grabbing himself. An officer advised him to stay out of the roadway.

    2:01 p.m. A Zia Credit Union caller said a loan officer approved a loan for another person under her name.

    3:32 p.m. A Metro PCS caller said there were three needles in the parking lot.

    5:06 p.m. A Milagro Village Motor Home Park caller said someone broke into his house and stole a $300 money order, then tried to cash it at Speedy Loans.

    6:49 p.m. A South Riverside Drive caller said a man jumped the fence into his yard, harassed his wife and threatened to stab him.

    9:22 p.m. A Wendy’s caller said a group of people were trying to steal bikes behind the restaurant.

    10:16 p.m. A Calle Duran caller said a group of five people were outside the house with guns, scaring children.

Cat killer

Aug. 5

    2:39 a.m. A Calle Del Rio caller said he could hear someone going around his house, banging on the walls and the doors for the last 30 minutes.

    5:09 a.m. A Murphy’s Express caller said someone broke into the vacuum machine and took the change.

    10:35 a.m. A West Calle Jose Pablo caller said his son went to his “hot tub room” without his permission and was under the influence of narcotics. An officer removed the man and told him not to come back.

    11:27 a.m. A Valley Drive caller said a woman, who has been harassing her boyfriend, hit her car and started yelling at her.

    11:39 a.m. A U.S. Highway 285 caller in Ojo Caliente said her ex was abusing everyone that helps her and said he is going to pull out their eyes.

    12:35 p.m. A State Road 74 in Chamita caller said her neighbor’s dog killed her six cats.

    2:12 p.m. A Motel 6 caller said a man stole her purse and punched her in the face.

    3:33 p.m. A Loma Alto caller said she left her vehicle at a co-worker’s house because it had a flat tire and the homeowner threatened to have it towed. She said when she went to the house to get the vehicle, the homeowner tried to punch her.

    8:02 p.m. A Vista Del Rio Apartments caller said a group of 11 children, ages 8 to 15, were throwing rocks at buildings.

How now, brown cow

Aug. 6

    7:46 a.m. A Camino Santa Cruz caller said there was a brown cow in her yard and she didn’t know to whom it belonged.

    9:33 a.m. A Ghost Ranch caller said a woman was supposed to show up for work at 8 a.m. and she hadn’t showed up. An officer advised the caller that the woman had been arrested.

    1:31 p.m. A Camino Familia caller said her dad hit her and she wanted to file a report.

    2:27 p.m. A Camino Habitat caller said someone broke into his house and stole all his money.

    4:50 p.m. A State Road 68 in Alcalde caller said the occupants of a Chevy Malibu were shooting up.

    5:15 p.m. A County Road 274 in Vallecitos caller said two women broke her screen door and wanted to fight her.

    7:07 p.m. A Private Drive in Velarde caller said two young men were digging up a highway sign.

    8:38 p.m. A County Road 1 in Hernandez caller said her husband was drunk and hit her several times. The woman called back after driving to her house in Santa Fe, and said her husband’s sisters also hit him in the head.

    9:03 p.m. A 420 Emporia caller said a man that broke in seven months ago, returned and looked like he was scoping out the store.

    11:05 p.m. An East Sombrillo Road caller said his uncle and his uncle’s girlfriend have beaten and choked him and his siblings for six years.

Classy shoplifters

Aug. 7

    12:11 a.m. A Paseo de Paulina caller said she thought a drug deal was happening because a man kept walking out of a house that is usually abandoned and handing something to people in cars.

    8:18 a.m. A Private Drive in Española caller said his Jeep and his wife’s Honda were burglarized.

    10:09 a.m. A U.S. Highway 84 in Medanales caller said someone threw two German Shepherd puppies into her yard and she didn’t want them.

    12:01 p.m. A North Paseo De Oñate caller said the driver of a Nissan Altima was driving erratically, had a child in the car, and cussed out the caller.

    1:58 p.m. A Ranchitos Park caller said there were about four or five squatters living in the trees behind the pool.

    2:12 p.m. An Arrow Motel caller said when he drove up he saw a man jump out from underneath a pickup truck.

    2:24 p.m. A State Road 502 in Pojoaque caller said a man in a car driving next to her pointed a gun at her.

    3:30 p.m. A Calle De Pajarito caller said someone stole his antenna.

    7:44 p.m. A Wal-Mart caller said a man stole medicine and a laser.        

    8:27 p.m. A Lybrook caller said her husband was drunk, he struck her and she hit her head on the pavement, after she tripped, trying to run away.

    9:38 p.m. A Family Dollar in Española caller said two men, one in a top hat and one in a vest, were caught shoplifting and the man in the hat pulled a knife on an employee.

Watch out for Windex man

Aug. 8

    5:54 a.m. A White Swan Road in Ohkay Owingeh caller said someone tried to steal a camper trailer. When officers arrived, they found the trailer sitting in the middle of the road.

    8:54 a.m. A Work Force Solutions caller said there was a needle in the parking lot.

    10:47 a.m. A State Road 76 in Chimayó caller said someone threw a Corona bottle through the windshield of a car at La Arbolera Center.

    10:49 a.m. A North Paseo de Oñate caller said there was a needle near a dumpster behind City Hall.

    11:35 a.m. A Fairview Lane caller said his wife stole the interlock device from his truck so she could drive it and also stole $700 from him.

    11:53 a.m. A Holmes Wrecker Service caller said she found a Smith and Wesson Revolver in one of the vehicles.

    5:24 p.m. A U.S. Highway 285 in Hernandez caller said her daughter was following her car, that was reported stolen. An officer recovered the vehicle 20 minutes later, next to a church, and released it to the owner.

    5:37 p.m. A County Road 1 in Hernandez caller said a drunk woman was trying to leave in a Honda Accord and her son was trying to stop her from leaving.

    7:52 p.m. A Highway 68 in Ohkay Owingeh caller said someone stole his dirt bike.

    10:09 p.m. A Murphy’s Express caller said a man with a Windex bottle was yelling at people.

    10:27 p.m. A County Road 328 in Tierra Amarilla said a brown bear in a tree in her front yard was growling at her.

Raking in the donations

Aug. 9

    6:24 a.m. A Family Dollar in Chimayó caller said a man wearing a fisherman’s hat was sleeping on the side of the building.

    10:16 a.m. An Another Man’s Treasure caller said his back window was smashed in, but nothing was stolen.

    11:54 a.m. A Century Bank caller said a woman tried to cash a stolen check.

    12:29 p.m. A State Road 76 in Española caller said his neighbor was throwing roofing nails into his driveway.

    12:56 p.m. A Big 5 caller said a tire flew off of his vehicle, after he just got the tires serviced.

    1:40 p.m. A Giant gas station caller said a woman stole beef jerky and had done it for four consecutive days.

    2:22 p.m. A Wal-Mart caller said a woman was using a rake to try and get clothes out of the donation bins.
