Meridian Pointe Apartments - 10 Photos - Apartments - 407 Valley Ave NE, Puyallup, WA - Phone Number

9 407 Valley Ave NE Puyallup , WA 98372 (253) 840-8500 I moved from San Francisco to Puyallup (first mistake, but that is neither here nor there) and ended up in these apartments. First day, walked out on my "porch" to be visually greeted by an exposed beer-belly sitting on a completely upholstered couch , that was on his porch. Guess he didn't get the memo that there is indeed furniture that is made for the outdoors as well as clothing for bellies of that caliber. While this was disturbing, I will admit that there were some pluses to living at Meridian Pointe . Maintenance was pretty punctual about fixing things, neighbors were decent, and location is convenient to the highways. Also, PET FRIENDLY! But, in regards to pets, on my final walk through before moving out, a maintenance guy came to inspect my place, checked my carpet for pet damage, and told me it was in good condition . Then, I was charged for new carpet!? Dislike. Worst apartment ever. Moved in they charged...

Cameron Creek Apartments - 29 Photos - Apartments - 5209 Bryant Irvin Rd, Wedgwood, Fort Worth, TX - Phone Number

4 5209 Bryant Irvin Rd Fort Worth , TX 76132 (817) 346-4541 I am not sure why this place is rated so low, I have lived here for about a month and haven't had any real issues. The apartments are a nice size for the price, cool little balcony, good appliances and parking isn't too bad either. This place has two pools, and very soon they will have a much larger and refurbished gym so that's awesome as well. Some things I would like to see are: being able to pay with a credit card, and having the mail room locked where you actually need some sort of key to get in and no that you can just walk up. Otherwise I have had a good experience here and would recommend it. Also see if you are a preferred renter to get money off your application fee (that is to say if you work a preferred job). Honestly, it's not that bad of a place. We have had our issues and that's why we have given 3 stars, but overall, experience differ from person to person. Maintenance is amazing. They a...

Image
Buy Photo The Ann Arbor City Apartments in Ann Arbor. Ann Arbor is seeing a building boom of apartments and condos for the last couple of years that continues to ramp up. (Photo: Romain Blanquart/ Detroit Free Press ) Buy Photo An unprecedented building boom of apartment high -rises and condos has made construction cranes a lingering fixture of the Ann Arbor skyline . No fewer than six cranes hovered over downtown last week as private developers raced to erect more luxury student and post-collegiate housing within walking distance to University of Michigan classrooms. The half- dozen residential projects that are under construction or slated to begin are the latest round in a boom that has been under way for at least three years and is permanently altering the city's housing situation. Many of the current and earlier developments specifically cater to U-M students, offering additional near- campus living options aside from blocks of grubby old houses. Other projects have ta...

think rooftop vegie patches and beehives

The long retail spine of Sydney Road, Brunswick, just north of Melbourne's CBD, was once a prosperous trading outpost on the way to the goldfields. These days it's a bohemian mix of variety stores, op shops, halal butchers and Lebanese bakeries. Take a side street to the west, however, and a different picture emerges. Sandwiched between Sydney Road and the Upfield train line is an area undergoing rapid and widespread transformation. Light industry is fast being replaced by mid- rise apartment buildings , their inhabitants attracted by the short commute into town and cheaper prices than in the city's south-east. The quality of these units is, on the whole, depressingly bad; think poor ventilation and bedrooms that "borrow" natural light (a weasel word for being dark and windowless). The occasional jazzy façade tries feebly to make up for otherwise cheap construction amid a chorus of greys. At ground level, carpark roller doors alternate with mean pocket garden...
