The Jackson council approved Crystal Creek Capital ’s mixed-use development at the base of Snow King Mountain last week. The Town Hill Lofts will have 43,000 square feet of residential space and 3,700 square feet of commercial space. The development at the eastern edge of the base of Snow King Mountain will include 34 market-rate units, ranging from 800-square-foot apartments to 1,300-square-foot lofts. There will also be four units that will house 100 percent of the building’s employees. Crystal Creek Capital said it might break ground in the spring. The only adjustment the council imposed as a condition of approval was reconfiguring all of the employee housing units to either studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom units.
