For those unfamiliar, it means you have to fall under a certain income bracket to be able to qualify for housing there. While no one really expects income based housing to be luxurious, there are quite a few things River Reach can, and really should, improve upon. My main issue, and why we decided to move, is that there is absolutely no enforcement of the parking policies or the noise policies. I would regularly come home to absolutely no parking at my building and have to park one building over (sometimes late at night which was unnerving), only to see a bunch of unknown cars parked in our lot for several days. Many of these cars were obviously not residents' or even operational vehicles, which was against their own parking policy. Reporting to the office did nothing.
