All the cardio equipment in the fitness center at Preserve at Baywood phase 1 is broken. I' ve submitted work orders multiple times , but nothing is being done to fix this issue. Phase 1 residents do not have access to the phase 2 gym except during business hours. This is very inconvenient. I have only been at The Preserve at Baywood for about a month now, and while there have been issues, the front office has done their best to resolve them. The apartment is in a quiet location yet close to pretty much all the stores you need to do your day to day activities. There are two HEBs with in 3 miles of it, a Target off of Fairmont, and a lot of shopping and restaurant options as well. Parking is plentiful in the first front apartments.
