NEWS Officials: Speed to blame for 2nd SEPTA crash at 69th Street in months Advertisement For the second time in a matter of months, SEPTA and federal investigators are trying to determine why one rail car slammed into another, this time resulting in 42 injuries. A Norristown High Speed line rail car arriving at 69th Street Station slammed into a stationary car what was sitting on the tracks just after midnight Tuesday morning . Forty-one passengers and the conductor were injured. Luckily, none of the injuries appears to be life-threatening. A 19-year old Hispanic male was shot and killed last night in the 83-300 block of Gemini Street in Indio. The victim suffered from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead on scene. The shooting occurred around 9PM near the Summerfield Apartments.  Our cameras were there as Indio Police and Riverside County Sheriff 's Deputies secured the area with crime tape. Witnesses on scene say there was a party at one of the apartment units, when multiple shots were fired.
