A Davenport man was arrested Monday after police say he set fire to his apartment in the 400 block of East 6th Street . James Patrick Roe , 35, faces one count of first-degree arson, a Class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison. He is expected to appear in Scott County District Court Tuesday . At 7:16 a.m. Monday, Roe took a can of gasoline and poured it in the living room of his home and ignited it, according to an arrest affidavit filed in support of the criminal complaint.
