A Jacksonville man has been arrested in the shooting death of Ulysesse Griffin, 20, whose body was found at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in an apartment parking lot in the 4500 block of Lexington Avenue. Musa Bilal Abraham , 20, who lived at the Baywood Apartments where the shooting occurred, turned himself in to police Thursday and was charged with murder, Lt. Rick Graham said.
