Seven Casa Del Rio apartment units sold at launch Published on: Saturday, December 01, 2012 Melaka: Seven of the 32 apartment units in Casa del Rio Residences , an exclusive apartment overlooking the Melaka river bay , were sold at the launch here Friday. Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir , group managing director of the project developer Casa del Rio Sdn Bhd , said the residences, valued at around RM60 million, took about three years to complete. "The concept of the Casa del Rio Residences is that we want to provide an elegant, high-class residence, the first of its kind, right in the heart of Melaka town," he told reporters after the launch. At the event, Syed Yusof also gave a personal tour of the residences to Yang Di- Pertua Negeri Tun Mohd Khalil Yaakob .
