Greystar Plans Orlando Apartment Community

Orlando, Fla.—Greystar has unveiled plans for a 448- unit apartment property in Orlando, with construction set to start in October for a completion date about a year later. The development will be called Elan Audubon Park , and will be in the Audubon Park Garden District near the intersection of Maguire Blvd. and East Colonial Dr . Greystar will develop, construct, and operate Elan Audubon Park upon completion. The property will be owned by the company in a partnership with an institutional global real estate opportunity fund . Charleston, SC- based Greystar manages about 385,000 units in more than 100 markets nationwide. The property will offer one-, two- and three- bedroom units ranging in size from 646 square feet to 1,370 square feet, as well as three-story, three-bedroom townhouses. Developer Plans 70-Story Tower in South Park | Development

With the Wilshire Grand Center open and a 66- story tower recently proposed for Ninth and Figueroa streets, the sky-high action in Downtown Los Angeles continues : Developer Crescent Heights has unveiled plans and renderings for a 70- story South Park building that would have 794 apartments. KTGY Unveils Design for Apartment Property Adjacent to University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh

Annex 71 will consist of 140 units. OSHKOSH, WIS. — KTGY Architecture + Planning has unveiled the design for Annex 71, a 140- unit apartment property located one-quarter mile from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. The site was rezoned from industrial to residential in April 2017. The property was formerly home to Lamico Inc., a manufacturer of wooden crutches. Developer Annex Student Living is targeting young professionals and students as residents. Residences at Annex 71, currently under construction, will range from 500 to 1,300 square feet. Floor plans include 60 one-bedroom units, 35 two-bedroom units and 45 four-bedroom suite-style apartments. Amenities will include a clubhouse with a kitchen for community functions and private gatherings, as well as a fitness room and study lounge. Plans also call for an outdoor patio that may be used as an event area. Completion is slated for summer 2018. Tagged new_projects
