The Edmond City Council this week voted 3-1 with one abstention favoring the commercial site plan for The Campbell, to be located north of Campbell, west of Jackson and south of Edwards. Councilwoman Elizabeth Waner cast the no vote and Councilwoman Victoria Caldwell abstained from voting. Variances include : • 10' front yard setback variances on Campbell and Edwards; • Parking requirement to include a 25 percent exemption for not only the non- residential square footage of the project but also the multi-family units in the project; and • Sign variance for blade sign to extend over the right-of-way. Two buildings with streetscaping will be constructed with shared parking between them.
