That cuts off the flow of new students to the 744-unit complex on Alafaya Trail. But hundreds of students with leases could be left to fend for themselves if they want to get out of current contracts or contracts for next school year. However, university officials said they would offer "resources, guidance and references" through a telephone hotline and online network. Officials said it's too soon to say how the decision will affect the university housing market for fall semester. The first trick is to respond only to legitimate ads.  There is a ton of spam and fraud on Craigslist.  The primary sign that an ad is not legitimate is that the apartment is under priced and/or comes with unbelievable extras such as 2 garage spaces. I took a look just now and found a bunch of large, beautiful looking apartments with off street parking that were impossibly under priced, look like apartments located in Chicago (not NYC), and that were listed in the middle of the night by people with ridiculous 3 part names .  I searched for keywords in the ad description of one and found the exact same text advertising apartments in LA and Philadelphia (How could a legitimate ad for a Lower East Side apartment claim it was "close to the bus line?" That's flyover country talk .). But there are so many good looking deals, they can't all be spam or fraud, right? The city of Indianapolis is prepared to commit up to $4.6 million to the downtown Bottleworks project , with most of the amount needed to move an electric transmission line running through the site. A 38- page project agreement between the city and developer Hendricks Commercial Properties , set to be approved Wednesday by the Metropolitan Development Commission , outlines city costs associated with the project, along with other details. Beloit, Wisconsin-based Hendricks in July won approval from the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission to build the $260 million project on the 11-acre site of the former Coca- Cola bottling plant .
