Boutique Project Hits SoMa

Align Real Estate completed 923 Folsom, a boutique luxury apartment building in the SoMa arts and cultural district of San Francisco. The nine- story building managed by Alliance Residential Co. offers 115 residences and includes 1,900 square feet of retail. Trumark Urban purchased the property in 2012 and sold it once the entitlement process was complete. The company has also recently completed a 76- unit luxury conversion , The Pacific, which is around two miles away. Construction on 923 Folsom started in 2015, with a budget of $48.7 million, according to Cahill Contractors.
