The Breeden Co. is investing more than $11.5 million to renovate the 863- unit Emerald Point Apartments in Virginia Beach, Inside Business reports . Virginia Beach- based Breeden acquired the property in 2004 for $63 million and is extending the life of the asset. Read the full Pilot story here.
