The expensive properties - all of which can be found in the Eastern Columbia Building in the downtown area of the city - were listed collectively at $12.78 million last year. His third apartment was listed earlier this year for an eye-watering $2.475 million - but the Pirates Of The Caribbean actor, 54, has sold the fourth for $1.82 million - suggesting the apartment has not met its asking price - not good news for the superstar who is reportedly still suffering financially from his divorce from Amber Heard. Owners Audrey and William Maloney had the house custom built while they were living in England. They bought the land in 2005, and the construction took place in 2006 and 2007. Audrey Maloney said she often traveled from England to Rhode Island during the construction process. The couple, both native New Yorkers, lived in England for 12 years.
