Residential building slated for Home Park next to IKEA. Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group is moving forward with plans to develop a 361-unit apartment building in Home Park near the Atlantic Station retail district . Pollack submitted a multifamily land development building permit application to City of Atlanta Wednesday to develop the land next to IKEA, at 455 14th Street , where the apartments would be constructed. Pollack will demolish the Georgia Tech Foundation building that currently occupies the land. An estimated $1,300,000 could be spent developing the land, according to the application.
